We unveil today the jury of the 20 Seconds Horror Video Contest of Molins Film Festival 2018, the well-known #20SegundosMovistar:
Journalist and script writer born in Huddersfield. He has lived in Bilbao for several years. He usually writes for genre websites such as Blumhouse, Rue Morgue, Dread Central, Shock Till You Drop or Tom Holland’s Terror Time; he also writes for the international magazine Fangoria. He represents Spain in Eli Roth’s Crypt TV and is a content coordinator at DARK TV, the only Spanish television channel fully devoted to horror.
Manager and programmer of the Festival de Cine Fantástico Insomnia; he is the coordinator of the Fcat’s sub-branch. He is a passionate fan of horror as well as John Ford and Don Hertzfeldt. He has been on the radio for more than four years and he intends to issue a specialised book on the genre in 2019. His twitter account is a must for cinema lovers.
He was born in Santiago de Chile en 1978. He has directed four feature films: In 2011 (still as a cinema student) Muerte Ciega [Blind Death]; in 2014 the experimental film Perfidia; En 2015 he premiered Sendero [Footpath] and in the fall of 2017 he premiered Trauma, which has been labelled as one of the revelation films of the year. Moreover, Trauma had its European premier at the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival 2017.
