The time has come to announce the programming of feature films and some of the events that we can enjoy at our new El Foment headquarters.
And it makes us especially excited, because it is a centennial space that from 1982 to 1990 hosted the 12 Hours of Horror Film, first sharing the program with Peni, and in the last two years, as the sole venue for the Festival.
Being able to have this large room again allows us to carry out a complementary program to that of the Peni headquarters that focuses on very different and much less common content, aimed at a different audience spectrum, with special emphasis on attracting the attention of the people of Molín, also taking advantage of the privileged location of El Foment.
Remember that this new room has programming from November 6 to 11 and as a novelty there will be some morning activities.
To start things off and so you can see how special the new venue will be, we would like to mention that many of the sessions will have a cabaret table arrangement where you can enjoy the events while having a drink or a bite to eat (as long as the Covid measures allow us to do so).
This year the retrospective cycle It will be focused on counterculture and we will have the following titles:
- I snatch
- The wolf forest
- The week of the murderer
- Bilbao
We will also maintain the section True Survivor, born two years ago in our previous location La Gòtica. Here we will be able to see the most unclassifiable titles. Another new feature in this section will be the double sessions.

- Operation Luchador + Jacinto
But it's not all feature films, we also have short film sessions. We recover the section from the old headquarters of La Gòtica C-Brokenand we will also be able to see a selection of short films from the Chilean festival Chile Horror.

We will also have several conferences. Two of them will be focused on the counterculture, in relation to various areas. Also a interactive talk about soundtracks in horror movies for Alicia Morote.
And one literary vermouth during which we will present the latest news in genre books.
In addition, we will once again have a special collaboration with a live performance with friends from the Cutrecon.
And finally, the big closing party of El Foment, where we will have the long-awaited second part of the battle of programmers and, as a final touch, karaoke!
