In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival in order to manage your press accreditation request for Terrormolins 2024. The data collected will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes mentioned above. They will not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the accreditation and, subsequently, will be deleted. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an email to info@molinsfilmfestival.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
