I. OBJECT

The use of the access data to the Cuenta Usuario TERRORMOLINS (username and password) is personal and non-transferable, not being allowed to be transferred, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, the User undertakes to use it diligently and to keep it secret, assuming all responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties. III. CORRECT USE OF THE SERVICES
The User undertakes to use the Services diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, undertakes to refrain from:
- use the Services in a way, with purposes or effects contrary to the law, morals and generally accepted good customs or public order;
- reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the Services, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or legally permitted;

In any case, the User is aware and accepts, voluntarily and expressly, that the use of the Web is in any case under his sole and exclusive responsibility.
IV. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

TERRORMOLINS does not assume any responsibility, either for emergent damage or loss of profit, in the event that there are interruptions of the Services, delays, errors, malfunctions thereof and, in general, other inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond the control of TERRORMOLINS, and/or due to a willful or culpable action by the User and/or have as their origin causes of Force Majeure. Without prejudice to the provisions of article 1105 of the Civil Code, the concept of force majeure shall also include all events that occur outside the control of TERRORMOLINS, such as: failure of third parties, operators or service companies, acts of government, lack of access to third party networks, acts or omissions of public authorities, those others produced as a result of natural phenomena, power outages, etc. and attacks by hackers or third parties specialized in the security or integrity of the system IT, as long as TERRORMOLINS has adopted all the security measures it has in accordance with the state of the art.

The user/client accepts that TERRORMOLINS can obtain data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of the access controls. Purchase operations via the Internet are managed by a Financial Entity (virtual POS or Paypal) that receives the credit card number and other personal data of its holders solely for the purpose of verifying said data and executing the transactions.
IX. REVISIONS OF THIS POLICY

X. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

In the event that any discrepancy or controversy occurs due to the interpretation or application of the aforementioned conditions of use, TERRORMOLINS and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile. In the event that it has its domicile outside the European Union, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain).
