IV Lluis Fisas i Moreno Drawing and Painting Competition
From the Molins de Rei Artistic Circle and the Children's Department of the Molins de Rei City Council we present the rules for the XIII Lluís Fisas i Moreno Drawing and Painting Competition.
As every year, on the occasion of the town's Festa Major, the Lluís Fisas i Moreno drawing contest is organized in which all children and young people aged 6 to 18 can participate.
The theme for this edition is the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival. There are 3 categories: Children (6 to 9 years old), Teenagers (10 to 14 years old) and Youth (15 to 18 years old).
The submitted works will be exhibited from November 7 to 18, 2019 on the Workers' Federation Boulevard.

Place: Molins de Rei Workers' Federation
I remind you that in this edition, coinciding with the 38th edition of the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival, the theme of the competition will revolve around the world of fear, monsters and terror.
PRESENTATION:
The back of the work will indicate the author's name, age, school name, title of the work and a contact telephone number.
It must be presented at: Punt Jove, c. Verdaguer, 48, 08750 – Molins de Rei, from Monday to Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, from 10 to 2 p.m. Information telephone: 93 668 54 52
Works can be submitted between October 28 and 31, 2019.
JURY:
The jury will be made up of:• Two representatives of the Artistic Circle
• Two representatives of the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival
• The Councillor for Children and Families of the Molins de Rei City Council
The jury's decision will be made public on November 8, at 7:00 p.m., at the Federació Obrera, within the framework of the exhibition that will be held with the finalist works of each of the three categories, and which will be open to the public from November 7 to 18, 2019, from Monday to Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m.
